Every manufacturer recommends biannual, or at the very least, annual inspections to avoid or minimize growing damage from even the smallest issue found during our premium inspection. This is why you will receive a call at the time of inspection to suggest and complete any minor repairs from the roof, such as open flashings, cuts, punctures and holes. Also, your gutters, drains and roof will be cleared of common debris to ensure the best drainage possible. Upon completion of the inspection, you will receive a detailed written report with pictures and explanations of each deficiency found within your roof system, along with recommendations to prolong the life of your current roof.
