This project involved extensive grade & below grade waterproofing as well as a protected membrane roofing assembly on the tower. However, the low roofs on each side of the building are extremely unique in that the colored gravel was brought in from several states to create that specified mirror-image design which represents a dry riverbed.

Bentonite waterproofing and drainage board encapsulate the foundation of the building. The under ground parking garage had a traffic topping applied to protect the parking garage surface. A single ply EPDM roof system protects the interior of this unique glass building.

The project included EPDM single ply roof systems and terne coated standing seam roofs, walls and matching trim at the face of levels 10, 11 and 12. It also included extensive waterproofing on both the hotel, parking garage and 28 story condominium.
